When you visit, please mention that you came after seeing the review about "Udon as a staple food."Kataori is truly wonderful. When I first heard the name "Kataori," I thought it was some kind of culinary term. But upon visiting, I learned it’s the name of the chef... such a nice name, right?The chef's personality is fantastic, and the dishes become more impressive with each visit. I always leave feeling completely satisfied. If possible, I would love to visit every month.
