Our high expectations were exceeded! Undoubtedly one of the best restaurants in the world! The entire production from the moment it arrives is fantastic. Starting with the  picnic baskets, visiting the kitchen and herb garden - each with great amuse bouche - everything is perfect! Rarely seen creative approaches, great food series, great wine list - and of course such prices! but should be seen and eaten. An unconditional recommendation for every visitor to the Basque Country, and actually worth a trip of its own!
