Hardly a hidden gem anymore, "nullkommaeins" has become the go-to spot for food and wine lovers in Hamburg just weeks after opening—rightfully so! The team around @clarahunger_ (formerly from Michelin-starred Tulus Lotrek and XO Seafoodbar), @linowizani (100/200, Tulus Lotrek), and @young_savage_ceviche (Jacobs Restaurant, 100/200) brings a cosmopolitan flair to Hamburg that, with few exceptions, has long been missing. Laid-back, mouth-watering à la carte dishes, fantastic wines, no fuss. I soaked up the experience like a sponge the last weeks. Let’s hope this pop-up turns into something permanent—otherwise, the heartbreak will be real.

Kaum noch ein Geheimtipp, ist das "nullkommaeins" nur wenige Woche nach der Eröffnung der Hotspot für Essens- und Weinliebhaber in Hamburg geworden – zu Recht! Das Team um Clara Hunger (ex Tulus Lotrek und XO Seafoodbar), Lino Wizani (100/200, Tulus Lotrek) und Jan Johannsen (Jacobs Restaurant, 100/200) bringen ein kosmopolitisches Flair nach Hamburg, das man hier sonst – mit wenigen Ausnahmen – schmerzlich vermisst. Lässige, süffige Speisen à la carte, großartige Weine, kein Getue. Ich habe das Restaurant zuletzt aufgesaugt wie ein nasser Schwamm. Man kann nur hoffen, dass aus dem Popup etwas Dauerhaftes wird, sonst wird der Trennungsschmerz groß.
