Mama Mia! Soupless ramen inspired by Italian peperoncino pasta. Lots of niboshi hence the nibo nibo cino name. The master worked at the Ginza branch of Ito before and we remembered each other from a tv shoot I did there years ago. They also have a nibo nibo nara carbonara ramen.
