Another happy memory of my visit to Madrid in January. This time to Sala de Despiece, a bustling walk-in only counter where they describe themselves as “a bar with a kitchen and a great tasting of raw materials”. I love eating at counters like this where you are given a handwritten menu of what they have that day. Most dishes are prepared or at the very least finished in front of you. I really hope to go back their soon. Highly recommended.
