Next stop after Mirazur was a quick one in London on the way to Belgium. I just had one night so decided to try somewhere that I hadn’t been to before. I ended up having a very nice dinner at @xier.london where chef @chefcarloscotto cooks a very accomplished tasting menu of modern European cuisine. Definitely worth checking out and I’d be interested to see how this restaurant progresses. The cocktail pairing was also very interesting and indeed tasty.
