Last but by no means least @oadtop100 awards dinner was @qiqedacosta ‘s cheesecake served by the man himself. When I ate this at @llisanegra in Valencia I declared it the best cheesecake I had ever eaten. It’s difficult to replicate that perfection for 200 covers but it was still delicious and a pleasure to have Quique at our table. And an even greater pleasure to see him joking with the guys from @casajulian1951 and @gueyumar (swipe👈for videos)

The king of the sea, the turbot was our 11th course at the @oadtop100 awards dinner. And who better to cook it than the masters of the asador @elkano_jatetxea ⭐️Elkano in Gipuzkoa, down the road from San Sebastián. Sobrassada was the 10th dish of the @oadtop100 awards dinner. The restaurant is @elscasals and is a stunning place to eat. This is the place where chefs go to eat. The sobrassada is made from their own pigs and the honey from their own bees. Oriol Raviro is a chef that cooks from the heart and feeds the soul

This is how you kick off one of the most epic dinners I have ever been to! Tuna, broken down in front of us and served as sashimi. Also meat scraped from the spine and served straight to us !
