in sapporo, japan (december’23)

a rather decent sushi option in sapporo, especially with the price the cospa was really great. but this was a rather slow paced meal, one person working both front with nigiris and back kitchen, the timings of arrival also stagger. but pretty impressive considering, favourites were the karasumi mochi and ankimo, sawara, maguro and anago here was also solid. friendly chef and very foreigner friendly, a nice recommendation in the area and very easy to book.
