It was the most delicious experience I've had, especially the duck soba and simmered soft-shelled turtle, along with the specialty salmon that left a lasting impression. The finishing dish of a rice porridge with nine types of mushrooms was also delightful, and the reimagined beets were incredibly interesting. I was also impressed by the skill involved in making the duck burger without any fillers.
