What stood out the most was the natural monument "Mishima Beef" (Strip Loin) prepared in the Bon.nu style. The balance of robust flavor and refined fat was exceptional, creating an unforgettable taste. Everywhere, the craftsmanship and attention to detail shone through, providing an exquisite experience that satisfied all five senses. It was a great meal.
