I visited the renowned Yakiniku Jumbo Hanare located in Hongo Sanchome.From their signature Nohara-yaki to every dish I tried, the flavors were absolutely delightful! Nohara-yaki is an exquisite dish where lightly grilled meat is dipped in a rich egg, creating a perfect harmony of tender meat, secret sauce, and the creaminess of the egg that melts in your mouth.Additionally, I enjoyed the following menu items:- Nakainiku: The robust flavor of the lean meat was truly enjoyable, allowing me to savor the natural taste of the meat.- Heart: The freshness was evident in its firm texture, and it was light and refreshing without any strong aftertaste.- Harami: Juicy and bursting with flavor, it paired perfectly with both drinks and rice.The quality of the meat was exceptional, and their attention to detail in cutting and grilling was remarkable, making for a thoroughly satisfying dinner. I definitely want to visit this place again!
