I visited Tokyo En, a renowned restaurant in Ginza! It's a popular spot that's hard to get a reservation at, but now I understand why. First, I was amazed by the quality of the meat. Each cut was rich in flavor, and the loin was particularly exquisite. The taste changed with the grilling level, providing a delightful surprise with every bite. The appetizers, including kimchi and namul, were also carefully prepared and complemented the meat beautifully. This is a must-visit for any yakiniku lover. Although securing a reservation can be challenging, it’s definitely worth the effort!
