The expansive view of lush greenery through the large windows and the serene atmosphere left a strong impression on me, making it feel like I was spending a special time in a hidden retreat within the forest. Each dish, crafted with local ingredients from the Fujikuro area, was surprising and delightful, and the attentive explanations from the staff added to the experience.
