It was a fantastic sibling gathering where we could order as much as we liked from the a la carte menu.Starting at 5 PM, which is unusual, allowed us to witness the growth of the apprentices, making it a rewarding experience for us as guests.There were special dishes exclusive to the sibling gathering, and we got to see apprentices who usually don’t take the spotlight preparing rolls and making tamagoyaki (Japanese omelet).I’m looking forward to seeing their next steps in their culinary journey!
