The sushi, featuring a blend of tangy and sweet rice paired with high-quality, large toppings, is a unique offering from Matsuyama that truly satisfies. I visited for lunch and enjoyed a very fulfilling course. Each piece, including the freshly boiled shrimp, fluffy grilled anago, and Matsuyama-style nigiri, was expertly crafted. I also ordered additional items like kanpyo rolls, clams, and tokishirazu, all of which were delicious. With drinks included, the total was under JPY 20,000, making this a must-visit restaurant when I return to Matsuyama. It was a great meal!
