This was a wonderful Japanese dining experience where I could fully enjoy the ingredients from Shizuoka. Each dish was crafted with care, highlighting the natural flavors of the ingredients. The seafood dishes were particularly impressive, showcasing excellent cooking techniques and the use of dashi. Not only was the food exceptional, but the presentation and atmosphere contributed to a highly satisfying experience.
