This was my first experience with high-end sushi, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The atmosphere in the restaurant was incredibly serene, creating a wonderful ambiance. The menu items served before the sushi, such as sea urchin soba and blue crab marinated in brandy, were quite unique and left a lasting impression. Among the nigiri, the whale was particularly delicious, pairing perfectly with the firm rice. It was truly exceptional.
