I was invited to a business dinner and was really looking forward to it since I love raw fish. As expected, I was extremely satisfied. The meal started with a course of sashimi and chawanmushi (savory egg custard). You could tell there was a thoughtful progression in the order of the dishes served. I felt completely full and satisfied, but I ended up placing an additional order at the end. I would love to visit again!
