From the very first sip, I was amazed by the depth of flavor in the broth! The layers of umami were incredibly rich, yet there were no off-flavors, making it so delicious that I wanted to drink it all!The noodles were perfectly tender and paired wonderfully with the soup. Each topping, including the chashu and wontons, was crafted with care, showcasing the overall high quality of the dish. I completely understand why there’s a line and why reservations can be hard to come by for this bowl!
