I was invited by a colleague and visited Yanagiya for the first time.I had heard the name before, but upon actually visiting, I was struck by the wonderful atmosphere of the restaurant, which allowed me to enjoy a special dining experience that felt different from my usual meals.While savoring the dishes, our conversation flowed, and I was able to enjoy the meal in a delightful manner throughout.Each dish left a lasting impression. The pheasant had a rich flavor, the sweetfish was aromatic, and I could truly appreciate the deliciousness of the ingredients. The eel was also tasty, and even the venison offered a unique taste experience.I felt that being able to enjoy such rare ingredients was something special that only Yanagiya could provide.Not only the food but also the atmosphere of the restaurant and the time spent there made for a very enjoyable meal.This was my first visit thanks to my colleague's invitation, and I’m glad to have discovered such a wonderful place.I would love to come back again if the opportunity arises.It was a great meal!
