I finally made it here! The dishes and sushi were absolutely perfect! The tempura of conger eel, grilled eel, and kudzu noodles were exquisite.The red vinegar sushi rice was slightly firm, and the toppings were fresh, large, and rich in flavor. The kappa maki (cucumber roll) surprised me with its juicy cucumber—it's a must-try here!The teamwork was excellent, creating a fun atmosphere that made time fly by!
