I visited Sushi Sanshin in Osaka, a restaurant famous for its difficulty in making reservations. After experiencing it firsthand, I completely understand why. The appetizers, particularly the swordfish and sardines, were especially impressive. The swordfish had a delicate texture and refined flavor, while the sardines were beautifully presented, showcasing the essence of blue fish. Among the nigiri, the medium fatty tuna, seaweed rice, whale, and grape shrimp left a lasting impression. The medium fatty tuna had a perfect balance of fat and rice, and the seaweed rice stood out for its wonderful aroma. The whale nigiri was not only unique but also highly refined in taste, and the grape shrimp was remarkable for its sweetness and rich umami. The flow from appetizers to nigiri was seamless, resulting in an overall highly satisfying sushi experience. It's no wonder this place is hard to book!
