This was my second visit, and I enjoyed the Premium Domestic Unagi for JPY 7,700. I made a reservation for noon, and the restaurant was nearly full upon my arrival.When making the reservation, I selected my menu in advance and provided my card number, but payment is settled on-site.I forgot to take photos, but the dish included bone skewers and liver.The unagi was fluffy, thick, and incredibly delicious. The sauce had a perfect balance—not too sweet and not too spicy—complementing the rice beautifully. Overall, it was simply outstanding.There are even more expensive options available, but the Premium Domestic Unagi was more than enough to satisfy.I will definitely return!
