This restaurant is full of surprises! The rice has a very unique style, with a firm and slightly dry texture, yet packed with flavor! Even though they use junmai vinegar, the acidity and saltiness are quite mild, and I've never had rice like this before! The selection of toppings is exquisite. The high-quality tuna is a given, but the extra-large surf clams and chicken clams are incredibly satisfying. The textures of the sea bream and flounder are also outstanding, and the sweet shrimp was prepared in my favorite style! Overall, this is truly an exceptional sushi restaurant!
