I often talk about cooking techniques, but after tasting this, I had no words.Not only the skewers, but also dishes like duck breast, chicken tataki, and stuffed shiitake mushrooms with truffle cheese sauce were exceptional.Despite using so many different types of poultry, each bird's unique character was clearly conveyed.In the end, I left saying something like, "Yakitori really has a deep charm, doesn’t it?"My knowledge may be shallow, but the aftertaste is profound.It was a great meal.
