**Stamina En** I arrived around 4:00 PM on July (Monday). The restaurant was already open, and I was the first in line. After about an hour of waiting, I was seated at table number 8. This time, I ordered: ▫︎ Special Outside Skirt ▫︎ Premium Beef Tongue ▫︎ Top Blade (recommended with wasabi) ▫︎ Horumon Mix ▫︎ Kimchi ▫︎ Half Kalbi Soup For takeout, I got: ▫︎ Frozen Gyoza (These are packed with meat and beautifully shaped; I noticed many others ordering them as well.) ▫︎ Lu Rou Fan (This seems to be a popular Taiwanese dish, so I decided to order it. It comes frozen in a container, and I plan to pour it over rice.) Recently, due to my age, I find it harder to eat fatty meats, but all the meat here was of high quality, and I was impressed by how light it felt even after eating. Especially the Special Outside Skirt and Top Blade were tender, allowing me to fully enjoy the natural flavors of the meat. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was lively yet comfortable for dining. Upon researching, I found that many former Prime Ministers and numerous celebrities have dined here, which shows that this beloved establishment has been cherished by many for years.
