I lined up an hour before opening and ended up waiting a total of three hours to get in. Considering the price range was on the higher side, I rated it two stars based on taste, wait time, and cost.As for the meat, I personally didn’t find it to be exceptionally delicious. The premium tongue was quite tough and hard to chew, and without lemon or any other condiments, the seasoning was very simple, focusing on the natural flavors of the ingredients. However, I found it a bit lacking.I also ordered premium loin, premium outside skirt, and medium kalbi, but I was a bit bothered that I had to ask for scissors to cut the large pieces of meat.I had high expectations due to the positive reviews, but even if there were no lines, I don’t think I would return.On a positive note, the service was excellent. I felt it was a place where salarymen could enjoy drinks, have fun conversations, and savor their meat.
