I had the pleasure of visiting Ginza Shinohara this time under the invitation of a chairman acquaintance.Honestly, it was a moving experience to dine at such a high-end Japanese restaurant that I wouldn't normally be able to visit.This top restaurant is recognized by Tabelog Gold, selected as one of the 100 best restaurants, and has received Michelin accolades, making it a must-visit for food enthusiasts both in Japan and abroad.The dishes are crafted using carefully selected Japanese ingredients, beautifully presented to reflect the seasons. Each flavor was unlike anything I had experienced before, truly expressing an unknown level of deliciousness.I was amazed to discover that such exquisite cuisine still exists in the world.I will definitely want to come back here again.It was a great meal! ☆☆☆
