Sushi ShimazuI was taken here by an investor who has been kind to me, to this prestigious restaurant that has been awarded Tabelog 2026 GOLD and the 100 Best Restaurants medal.It's nearly impossible to get a reservation, so just having a seat here feels like a blessing and I am truly grateful.The head chef is around my age, and his career is truly impressive.I don’t often come to Shirokane-Takanawa, but I’m really glad I made it today.The sushi was flawless, with perfect rice and toppings. The temperature and presentation were exquisite, making it feel like a work of art. I was constantly moved by the experience.I felt that this kind of experience is something I may never have again.I am thankful to the investor who brought me here.It was a great meal.I would love to have this experience again.
