TomidokoroI had the pleasure of dining at this reservation-only restaurant, which is recognized as a Tabelog Bronze establishment, where the chef, trained at Michelin-starred restaurants, prepares sushi.The large pieces of fish paired with the dynamic rice truly embody the essence of sushi, and I personally found it to be quite satisfying and delicious!While the chef initially had a serious demeanor, he became friendly and approachable as the meal progressed, allowing me to relax and enjoy my food.It's not often that I get to visit such a high-end restaurant, so this was yet another wonderful experience for me.It was a great meal!
