I had the pleasure of visiting a Michelin three-star Chinese restaurant for the first time.SazenkaI experienced the only three-star Chinese cuisine located in a quiet residential area of Minamiazabu.This time, I was brought here by a chairman I know. Although I couldn't take many photos, Chef Kawada's concept of blending Japanese and Chinese culinary traditions resulted in dishes that truly captured the essence of the four seasons in Japan. The roasted pigeon was particularly impressive, with the aroma of lotus filling the air before I even took a bite.The attentiveness and service from the staff were truly exceptional, making this a remarkable experience.I am determined to work hard so that I can return here on my own in the future!
