It was delicious.Everything was incredibly tasty. The watermelon and tomato gazpacho was exquisite, with a perfect balance of the watermelon’s aroma and sweetness, complemented by just the right amount of salt.The soba dumpling with sea urchin and caviar was also outstanding. The smooth soba dumpling paired with generous caviar and the exquisite saltiness of the sea urchin made it a delightful dish.It was different from what I had expected in various ways.Thank you for the delicious meal!
