Everything was delicious!The steamed abalone was particularly tasty, and the golden seaweed was a nice touch.The marinated ribeye was exceptional, even though I'm not usually a fan of raw meat.The sushi with red clam and white shrimp was outstanding; the clam was finely chopped, and the white shrimp was incredibly delicious.The meat sushi was also delightful.The tempura of flatfish, hairy crab cappellini, and blue cheese spring rolls were all delicious as well.With such a variety of dishes, everything was delicious.The sirloin shabu-shabu was, of course, delicious, and the broth was exquisite—I drank it all!The Chateaubriand katsu sandwich was very tasty.The tenderloin and outside skirt were also delicious.The curry was good too, but the dessert, mango daifuku, was exceptional.The service from the young staff was wonderful.There was nothing lacking in their hospitality, teamwork, and attentiveness.This is the best experience I've had so far.The food, the restaurant's ambiance, and the service were all fantastic.I heard they will be closed for about a month.I will definitely visit their new location.Before that, I made a reservation at Kien, which will open here on June 5.It's a young establishment, and I'm looking forward to it.Thank you for the delicious meal!I will visit again.Best regards.
