The food was delicious.I also ordered additional botan shrimp and four other dishes.I forgot to take many photos.There were various unique offerings, including sushi I had never tried before.The young chef's service was excellent, and his manners were impeccable.The herb rolls, rice infused with the bitterness of sweetfish, rare seaweed rice, and vinegared squid nigiri were all delightful, along with two types of tea.It was a very enjoyable meal.The other customers were all refined and pleasant as well.Even if you arrive early, you can wait while enjoying tea next door.Many restaurants have strict time policies and make you wait outside, which has always puzzled me from a hospitality perspective.I think this approach is wonderful and it was a great learning experience.Thank you for the delicious meal.The inari sushi I received as a souvenir was not only very tasty but also beautifully presented in an elegant wooden box, adding a touch of luxury.I read the letter included inside, and I was impressed by the thoughtfulness behind the hospitality.Considering the price, I felt it offered great value and satisfaction.It was a fantastic restaurant.
