The food was delicious.The interior of the building was stunning. The FIX windows were used effectively, creating a wonderful atmosphere like viewing multiple paintings. The restrooms were clean and easy to use. The service was also excellent. It truly felt like a first-class establishment.The Hon-Ara was exquisite; it was incredibly delicious, even better than the grouper. The marinated Shirokawa Kajiki was very tasty as well; the Kajiki was great. The Nanban shrimp was exceptional—visually appealing and incredibly sweet. The Awadachi Kombu-zuke was outstanding; it had a wonderful chewy texture, and the kombu marination was perfect. The Shin-Ika was superb with a great bite. The marinated Otoro with Surume-Ika paste was very delicious, with a complex umami flavor. The Nanban shrimp egg was also very tasty and fluffy.While the sushi was delicious, the building's design, restrooms, and service all contributed to a first-class experience. The prices were reasonable. The head chef was also very pleasant.Thank you for the delicious meal!
