Everything was delicious!The green beans were beautifully fried.The scallops were exquisite and incredibly tasty.The round zucchini was also exceptional, with a wonderfully creamy interior.The ribbonfish was small but very flavorful.The mini tomatoes were quite interesting.The two-tier corn was outstanding; the top layer had a nice roasted flavor while the bottom pearl corn was more ordinary, but the frying technique was perfect. It was all very delicious.The young sweetfish had just the right size and was very tasty.The red eggplant was exceptional as well; its texture was either creamy or fluffy, and another customer mentioned it resembled tofu. It was truly delicious.The conger eel was also exquisite; the frying temperature made a significant difference in the final result. While red eggplant and conger eel are common at other places, these were completely different. They were incredibly delicious.The make-in potatoes were very tasty too.I would love to try these again in a different season.Thank you for the wonderful meal!I will definitely visit again.Best regards.
