I decided to visit before the restaurant closed. Every course was delicious, offering a wonderful experience for both the eyes and the palate. (It's a secret that some flavors were a bit challenging for me.) The signature sobakaki was incredibly tasty and I could eat it endlessly. I look forward to enjoying Chef Watanabe's dishes again.
