I finally had the chance to visit Nabeno-Ism, led by the renowned Chef Watanabe.That day, the weather was perfect, allowing me to enjoy a leisurely meal while taking in the beautiful view outside.We started with a toast over champagne.The presentation of each dish was nothing short of artistic.From the amuse-bouche, I was blown away by the incredible flavors.What amazed me was the harmony of tastes and aromas. The ingredients were intricately combined and expressed beautifully, creating a perfect balance of flavors. Although the dishes were complex, I could clearly identify each component! It was truly impressive.The specialty dish, soba-gaki, was simply exquisite! I was deeply moved by it.The service staff were exceptionally kind, providing a comfortable and welcoming experience throughout.After the meal, I went up to the rooftop and enjoyed a moment of tranquility while gazing at the Sumida River and the traditional houseboats.In the end, Chef Watanabe himself came to see us off, and I felt once again that I had spent a wonderful time there.Even after leaving the restaurant, I found myself lingering in the afterglow of the experience on my way home.It was truly the best restaurant.It was a great meal!
