Finally, the long-awaited day at "NAKATSU WONIKU" has arrived! I made a reservation last year, and after a whole year, I finally got to come here.If you're looking for meat dishes, this is definitely the place! From start to finish, it was a true meat lover’s feast.Each dish is packed with a dedication to meat, and every bite left me in awe, thinking, "Wow, this is amazing..." It was an exquisite course.The master’s passion for meat shines through in every dish, with perfect cooking techniques and complex, deep flavors that bring out the essence of each type of meat.I was constantly surprised by unique ways to enjoy meat that I had never experienced before, making it impossible to describe just how delicious everything was.Additionally, the wine served alongside the dishes is also carefully selected. I highly recommend enjoying the pairing of meat and wine together.Next year, they will temporarily stop taking reservations due to relocation, so I’m not sure when I’ll be able to come back, but I definitely want to return to this amazing restaurant.Thank you for the delicious meal!
