A renowned yakitori restaurant in Shibuya.Featuring a variety of poultry, including Hinai chicken and Nagoya Cochin, as well as unique options like guinea fowl and Kasumi duck, the menu is impressively diverse. This time, the guinea fowl stood out throughout the course, allowing us to enjoy a consistent flow from tartare to breast meat, tsukune, and even a flavorful minced rice dish. The cooking was consistently well-executed, with the breast meat being particularly moist. There were also interesting variations, such as duck breast and smoked duck paired with cheese, making it more than just a typical yakitori course; it was an experience that allowed us to appreciate the individuality of each ingredient. The main dish, guinea fowl minced rice, was delicious, and the theme remained strong until the end, which left a positive impression. While the quality of the yakitori itself is undoubtedly high, it’s the chef’s passion for the ingredients that truly shines through. I look forward to returning in a different season.
