I arrived on a weekday at 16:38, and there were about eight people ahead of me, but I was able to enter by 16:59.I ordered the Beef Tongue Curry with seasonal vegetables and cheese added. Although it took some time for the dish to be served, it was definitely worth the wait.At first, I was focused on the 36 types of spices, but what truly impressed me was the exceptional quality of the sauce. The deep richness from the red wine and broth combined beautifully with the umami of the well-stewed beef tongue, while the spices supported the overall flavor without overpowering it.The beef tongue was surprisingly tender, and adding cheese enhanced its creaminess and thickness. The seasonal vegetables also made a strong impression, making the addition feel essential.The pickled onions and marinated tomatoes served as sides were excellent as well, providing a nice contrast to the rich curry. You could feel the attention to detail in the dishware and cutlery, which elevated the overall dining experience.After finishing my meal, my first thought was, "I might not need to eat other curries for a while."Personally, this was the most memorable curry place I have ever visited.
