I visited during a trip to Hamamatsu.Starting with a chilled corn puree as an appetizer, I could feel the meticulous craftsmanship in each dish, from the soup to the sashimi. The grilled dish, in particular, stood out with a wonderful balance between the crispy skin and the moist flesh, making it the most memorable plate of the day.However, I felt that the overall flavor composition was somewhat subdued, and there were few dishes that left a strong impression. While the red sea bream and eggplant in the latter part of the meal were good, the corn rice and miso soup served at the end felt a bit ordinary, leaving me slightly unsatisfied with the conclusion of the course.The seasonal elements were definitely present, but given my high expectations, I wished for a bit more overall.It was a great meal.
