The fish dishes made with local Mikawa Bay catch were incredibly creative, featuring combinations of ingredients I had never encountered before, resulting in a unique culinary experience. The sashimi was beautifully garnished with ice cream and caviar, making it visually intriguing and absolutely delicious.
