Dewa Ya, proudly ranked as the number one soba restaurant in the country and a Tabelog Silver establishment!I ordered the Tempura Zaru Chicken Soba Set (JPY 2000).I arrived around 11:20, just 10 minutes before opening, and was the fourth group to sign in. The dipping sauce had an astonishingly rich flavor! The soba was incredibly delicious!
