It's a completely reservation-based system.When I went to make a reservation around 10 AM, there were only the last two slots left.I ordered the Roka Plate.The menu mentioned it would be spicy, and it was definitely spicy and delicious!The staff were cheerful, but when I finished my meal, an older gentleman who seemed like a regular kept chatting with one of the staff for a few minutes. It wasn't bothersome, but I wonder if that's why they have a reservation system...?
