I finally visited Zurriola, a place I had wanted to try for a long time! (*^^*)I ordered the Special Course, which features a variety of Zurriola's exquisite dishes.Everything was delicious, but the two standout dishes were particularly impressive.- Lightly Smoked Caviar and TorrijaThe rich aroma of the smoked caviar was irresistible! It paired wonderfully with the traditional Spanish French toast, Torrija.^_^- Velvet-like Foie Gras with Pedro XiménezIt looked almost like a dessert, but beneath the fluffy corn mousse was a rich foie gras hiding away, complemented by a sprinkle of popcorn powder for a delightful accent. (^o^)The white asparagus was also delicious, and I absolutely loved the smoked whipped butter!This course truly reminded me of how wonderful smoked flavors can be. (^o^)I will definitely be back!It was a great meal! ^_^
