I visited Chez Inno for the first time (*^^*)I made a reservation a month ago and was really looking forward to it.*To sum it up, it was absolutely amazing! The food, service, and atmosphere were all perfect.*I almost want to scold my past self for not coming here sooner, haha.I had the JPY 31,900 course.- Warm egg with black truffle purée- Today's lobster (topped with sea urchin, caviar, and jelly, with melon purée underneath)- Pâté en croûte- Baked sole “Albert style”- Lamb pie “Maria Callas style”- Assorted cheese (3 types)- Today's dessert (coconut ice cream (?) with pineapple and passion fruit)- Cake from the dessert cart- Herbal tea- MignardisesEverything was delicious, and I nodded in agreement while enjoying it (*^^*)This time, I was especially looking forward to the pâté en croûte and the Maria Callas dish.*I had always wanted to try pâté en croûte, and while reading the Tabelog reviews for Chez Inno, I found out that you can choose it during this season! When I arrived, I was thrilled to find out that I could indeed choose it!Yay~\(^o^)/The long-awaited pâté en croûte.*The foie gras was rich, and the flavors of duck and chicken neck meat were perfectly sealed in the pastry, making it incredibly satisfying!I truly enjoyed every bite (*^^*)I had also been looking forward to the Maria Callas dish! When I saw the plate being served, I couldn't help but exclaim, "Wow!"*There was no gamey taste from the lamb, and it was cooked to perfection, with the foie gras inside melting just right! When I generously added the truffle sauce, it was an indescribably delightful experience.*It was truly delicious (*^^*)Also, I've been really into cheese lately, so it was great to chat about different options while selecting my cheese. The cheese with black pepper was fantastic!I will definitely visit again soon!It was a great meal^^
