The lean cuts were served with slightly cooler rice, enhancing the umami flavor.I was truly surprised at how much the temperature could change the experience of the same sushi.The atmosphere in the restaurant was calm and elegant, striking a perfect balance between comfort and sophistication without feeling overly tense.
