I enjoyed a course meal that truly showcased the charm of Karatsu. Most of the ingredients were sourced from Karatsu, and the gentle seasoning that highlighted the quality of the produce left a lasting impression. In particular, the simmered potatoes, asparagus and sesame tofu soup, and the dessert of black soybean ice cream were exceptionally delicious and memorable. The black soybean ice cream was not overly sweet and had a hint of saltiness, making it a perfect finish to the meal.Additionally, the white rice was sweet and had a delightful texture, reflecting the restaurant's commitment to quality. The staff also recommended sake that paired well with the dishes, allowing me to enjoy the meal even more. The interior of the restaurant utilized an old traditional house design, and I could see the kitchen as well. It provided a calm atmosphere that evoked a sense of nostalgia, making it easy to relax and enjoy my meal.I got so caught up in the deliciousness that I forgot to take pictures of some dishes...I believe this restaurant allows you to experience the ingredients of Karatsu and the changing seasons. I look forward to visiting again to enjoy the seasonal variations.
