I visited "Susukino Sushi Kin," a sushi restaurant highly recommended by an acquaintance. The interior features only 8 counter seats, creating a refined atmosphere. I opted for the omakase course.This establishment has been serving Edo-style sushi for over 50 years.After just one bite, I understood why my acquaintance highly recommends it. I now feel like I want to visit Sapporo just to dine at this restaurant.
